Meet the Founder
My name is Ian Cleary and I founded Altor Partners with one goal in mind: to help Sales and GTM leaders in the tech space expand and grow their teams with the best talent available.
After spending 6 years delivering this service within large recruitment firms, I wanted to bring my personal vision of what excellent recruitment looks like—without constraints.
Sales and GTM professionals are a unique group.
Their motivations differ from almost any other role a tech company hires for. Identifying, attracting, and qualifying these professionals requires a distinct approach, and I’ve spent years honing my expertise in this area.
